We have a thorough knowledge of the different flour qualities, their strengths and weaknesses, ways to improve them with enzymes and other aids, and the countless specialities and special features of baked goods from all corners of the world. Many of them have already been turned into small works of art in the ovens of our Baking Pilot Facility, thanks to the expertise of our baking specialists.
